Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for crafting compelling content, amplifying Amazon's voice across various social platforms, and fostering community engagement. This role requires a strategic mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and customer service to build cohesive campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and website traffic.
- Manage Amazon’s presence on key social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality, engaging content in a variety of formats - including images, videos, stories, and live streams.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs.
- Engage with followers through high-level customer service, including responding to comments and messages in a timely and personable manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive promotional campaigns aligned with product launches and corporate initiatives.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, analyze data, and manage campaigns efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest innovations within the world of social media and digital marketing.
- Train and mentor junior team members in social media best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and insights.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and push boundaries.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audience dynamics.
- Experience in eCommerce or a technology-driven environment is preferred.
